Cory and I made some empanadas, and they were delicious! We tried once when we were dating to make some, and they turned out TERRIBLY!!! It scarred us so badly that it has taken us about two years to try again. This go around though was a great success. I ate empanadas on a regular basis in Argentina, and I had been craving some for a while. These tasted just like I remembered, and it was fun to share with Cory what they are actually supposed to be like. So hopefully her old impression has been replaced with something more positive.
